Details

Hawkesbury River Honey is raw, non-heat treated and lightly filtered to ensure you are getting the most pure product straight from our hives located around the Hawkesbury River and surrounding valleys.

The honey is mixed floral so there is diversity in colour and taste as the bees adapt to the seasons and available local flora so no two batches are the same.  The honeycomb is straight out of the hive, non-treated and free of chemicals.
